I was at the board meeting. I have a couple of things to say. Don't you that were there find it very interesting that Caleb said that John Liljegren resigned and then Chuck Arhtur later said his position was eliminated. How can you resign when you position is eliminated? Doesn't make much sense to me. Then when they were talking about Jennifer becoming part of the board, Chuck nominated her to be part of the board and then when they took the vote he voted against her. Why would you nominate a person just to vote against them? I don't understand. Can someone help me out there.
ReplyDeleteI believe the board members are chosen carefully in order to keep the deck stacked in the current leaderships favor. This is evident in the removal of board members in November who offered dissenting votes. It is a great idea to get some objective parents on the board. Even Excecutive Directors need to be held accountable by someone!
